Standard Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders undergo prompt processing within 2-3 business days. Please note that shipments are not dispatched or delivered during weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay in shipments. We kindly request your understanding and allow for some additional transit days for the delivery. If, by any chance, a significant delay is expected in shipping your order, rest assured we will keep you informed via email or telephone.

Returns and Exchanges:

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you with any returns or exchanges you may require. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You have the flexibility to choose between store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  1. Discounted items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Returned items must have their original tags intact and should be in the original packaging.
  3. Returned items should show no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Access our online return portal using your registered email address and order ID.
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Receive and print your prepaid shipping label via email.
  4. Safely send the items back to us using the provided label.

Additional Information:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Store Credit will be issued as soon as we receive the original items in their original packaging.
  3. Replacement items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
